WHAT WILL YOU DO?

charles is looking for a talented and creative Product Designer with a focus on UX. The ideal candidate should have an eye for details and a strong passion for conceptual thinking & visual design.   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for digital products
  • Conduct user research, testing, and validation to inform the design process
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Develop and maintain detailed design systems, patterns, and components
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience through data analysis and feedback in close collaboration with our product managers

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the usability and the visual appearance of aspects of our B2B software solution, a web application in the field of conversational commerce. You will work in close coordination with the Product Owner and Product Manager of your product team and collaborate with the engineers in your team. You accompany the implementation of your mockups during the sprint process. You stand up for your work and present it with passion and a winning personality to colleagues and our customers.

WHAT SKILLS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UX and UI design for digital products (4+ years would be a big plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating simple and elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Expert knowledge in designing and prototyping in Figma
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to conduct user research and testing
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open and clear communication in English, German is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in UX and UI design / SaaS or commerce environment would be a big plus
