We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded UI/UX Designer Intern to help quickly grow our business in Singapore , HK, Australia and UK.

Position Duties

In this position, you’ll need to excel in understanding the needs, wants, and desires of our customers to help inform the content we create for Sleek platforms (including Customer and Admin Apps).

• Take ownership to manage multiple stakeholder groups by synthesizing different needs into cohesive design solutions
• Drive end-to-end design process, from distilling insights, creating user journeys, wire-framing, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs, and user flows using tools such as Figma and Miro. After that work directly with engineers to ensure designs are well implemented
• Assist with conducting user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet user requirements
• Analyze all research and feedback to gain user insight – and incorporate this feedback into new designs
• Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements
• Assist with design components refinement, documentation and implementation of design tokens
• Understanding of SASS, SCSS, CSS Variables and Git is a big plus
• Concern more with the ‘why’ than the ‘how’

• 1 to 3 years of UX design experience
• The design of mobile applications on iOS and/or Android is a big plus
• A portfolio of the UI/UX designs, wireframes/workflows is a must
• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, UX design process, user research, and usability standards
• Effective communication skills and comfortable working across teams, with quickly shifting priorities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and candid, respectful debates
• Up to date with necessary design tools including but not limited to Figma, Miro, InVision, Adobe Suite, and Google suite
• Experience bringing designs to life with functioning prototypes
