I am acquiring a small UI/UX agency, and I am working with the existing owner to find his replacement. The agency is small, but it currently produces about $120k in profit per year. I am going to add some additional investment into the business and I am currently looking for the right person to operate the business as a GM.

The ideal person is someone who has a background in UI/UX, but ultimately wants to run their own agency with a salary, profit-sharing and vest into equity.

A little about me...I run Spacebar Ventures, and used to run a B2B marketing agency before exiting it 2 years ago. I now acquire and incubate businesses, and have the pleasure of working directly with entrepreneurs, helping them start and scale their businesses. Think of us as a venture studio, without the 'venture' piece...we build profitable, lasting small businesses instead.
