Summary:
The Marketing team at IntelyCare is seeking a UX designer. This person will be responsible for wireframing and designing key components of the IntelyCare site experience, as well as adjacent experiences across the digital ecosystem of applying. Their work will enhance user satisfaction with our site by improving usability, accessibility and overall experience through design. They will interface with brand and development teams – providing continuity across marketing strategy and in-market execution. 
 
 
What You’ll Do:
·     Build wireframes and design aesthetics for both user-flows across site as well as specific pages (including apply flow)
·     Leverages research and past testing results to establish best overall design and UI elements to include in design experiences
·     Regularly looks at competitive offerings as well as out-of-industry examples for best-in- class inspiration
·     Maintains adherence to internal brand guidelines established for logos, imagery, content, styling, etc.
·     Serves as the point-of-contact for the Marketing team on all design-related initiatives affecting core site and landing page experiences
·     Works closely with Marketing and Dev teams to ensure on-time deliverables, including the communication of status, complications, developments and next steps
·     Partners with the UX team and keeps the team updated on the Apply experience to make sure our products are cohesive
·     Help add onto the UX Design Team’s existing design system
·     Utilizes knowledge and research of current UX design best practices to make suggestions for the optimization of design, layout, messaging and accessibility
·     Designs A/B testing content for application, site and related landing pages
·     Supports versioning of digital assets for marketing outreach (e.g., social ads / resizing)
·     Partners with Marketing and Dev leads on performance analysis and provides point of view on roll-out decisions and future enhancements
·     Familiarity with Figma and design systems
 
 
Who You Are:
·     Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable experience preferred
·     Experience in creating and implementing UX design
·     Strong collaboration and self-management skills
·     Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
·     Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize input for best possible outcomes
·     Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
·     Knowledge of email design a plus
·     Strong eye for aesthetics and design
·     Energy, positivity, a sense of humor and an open, curious mind (yes, these things really do matter!)
