Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help design the look and feel of Procreate's online platforms. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of digital experiences with the view to refine and extend our established on-line presence.

This is a highly collaborative role in which you'll work on the full life cycle of design from ideation and concept creation through to collaboration with software engineers to bring designs to life.

This role sits on the Digital Team within the Marcom department. You'll report to the Head of Digital, and work closely with our Art Director, Head of Communication and Project Manager. You’ll take briefs, give and receive feedback and ensure you're adhering to internal standards and prioritising according to wider business objectives.

You’ll work with your team and the wider Marcom Department to create and deliver highly tailored marketing campaigns and one-off promotional material. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work on internal software tools that assists your colleagues in the execution of their own duties.

Your past experiences will have prepared you for the full design life cycle. You'll brainstorm, ideate and iterate on concepts in order to achieve the production of complete working designs.

Your approach to design will be informed by relevant data and analytics. You'll define goals and metrics to measure the success of your work and analyse user data to identify user patterns which will directly inform your design focus. Your work will improve user experiences and encourage higher levels of user engagement.

As you become familiar with our design environment and platforms, you'll identify areas where we can refine our digital products as well as address areas of opportunity and growth.

You'll have had experience creating department wide design systems, style guides and clear design process documentation. Your efforts in this area will contribute to our overall design consistency and scalability.

Your experiences will allow you to adapt and respond to unique design challenges. You’ll enjoy designing user interfaces, creating layouts, and working with components and design systems. You are adept at preparing prototypes and proof-of-concepts with modern design tools.

You’ll be comfortable with and enjoy cooperating with cross-functional teams to define internal requirements and create solutions that meet user needs, our established design language and our wider business objectives.
