The Posh platform empowers banks and credit unions to deliver sophisticated, AI-powered customer service through the deployment of text-based and voice-based bots. We're one of Boston's fastest growing seed-stage companies, and we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us continue building our platform. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-centric design solutions for our customers
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality user interfaces and experiences . In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting user research, developing prototypes and designs, reviewing with stakeholders, and refining based on feedback.. You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Together with other designers, create and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the platform
- Create high-quality user interfaces and interactions for web applications using Figma as the primary design tool.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and other user-centric design activities, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Develop prototypes and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer, with a focus on web applications.
- Experience designing for SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization is a plus
$120,000 - $140,000 a year
