Who we are

We are the award-winning venture-backed startup operating in the global smart city and artificial intelligence space, leading the way in traffic data collection and analysis. GoodVision provides customers with everything needed for smart city traffic analytics in one place. GoodVision is using artificial intelligence to help traffic and transport-related organizations and municipalities to understand the traffic happening on roads and intersections and to react to traffic events in order to reduce congestion, and commute time and increase traffic safety.

GoodVision is a London-based startup company, owning and managing two other subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Our product has active users in 98 countries on all 6 continents.

We are looking for a medior UX role to help us continuously improve the UX of our products. So it's about doing wireframes and having strong arguments based on understanding our customers (feedback, testing) and UX practices. The ideal candidate will be the right hand of the Product Owner and help him with product documentation and defining requirements for developers. Part of the job will be doing basic UI designs in Figma, but we prefer to improve and use our Storybook.

Responsibilities

  • Define the UX of our products
  • Be in contact with clients and organize UX testing/feedback sessions
  • Lead internal UX product discussions
  • Keep product documentation up to date

Requirements

  • Knowledge of UX patterns and their appliance to real use-cases in web app development
  • You can answer every question by providing a great wire-frame
  • Great communications skills including excellent explanation
  • Know-how of user testing
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Self-organized with attention to detail and always looking for consistency
  • Team player who won't get afraid when the first issue occurs
  • Fluent English (we speak Czech in the team, but communication with other departments and everything written is in English)


Nice to have

  • Excels in writing product documentation
  • Familiar with SCRUM especially from a role of Product Owner - you can write Features and User Stories
  • Can create UI design
