As a key team member, you will be critical in achieving our mission to provide our customers with the best value and experience possible. You will have the opportunity to create products from the web to the app.

The UX Writer will write clear and concise messaging that considers the end-to-end user experience. Collaborate with our product and marketing partners, legal team, and subject matter experts to ensure projects are compliant and fit within the larger company narrative.

In this role you will;

• Partner with UX designers to build simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences that satisfy user and business needs.
• Create targeted content to help users navigate and discover our app.
• Develop brand guidelines and standards for content, grammar, and tone consistency.
• Ensure online content complies with brand standards, legal, and compliance.
• Collaborate across User Research, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Happiness to understand customer needs and pain points and solve those efficiently through an end-to-end visual and content design experience.
• Write user flows, microscopy, explainer and educational copy, in-app messages, upsell screens, web pages, FAQs, and error states.
• Write and edit website marketing content to support business needs.

• Passion for creating great user experiences with actionable knowledge of the digital landscape, including current industry and user trends, emerging technologies, and standards.
