About the Opportunity

As a Product Designer at Entain, you hold significant importance in ensuring the success of our design and product teams with your keen eye for detail, efficient approach to design, as well as confidence and passion for your work.

Reporting to a Lead Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technological capabilities, understanding how and why people use our products and the overall Customer Experience. Your proactive approach will allow you to identify opportunities for optimisation and suggest enhancements to our design practices, keeping customer centricity and design thinking at the forefront.

We are looking for those that with a strong commitment to producing high-quality, customer centric designs that adhere to best practices and stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

This role will be based in our Brisbane location with our hybrid ways of working.

What you will do

• Map product requirements to a design and maximise customer engagement and usability across a range of platforms (desktop, mobile and apps iOS and Android – including response design requirements).
• Propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technological capabilities
• Provide feedback and input on Information Architecture to facilitate the navigation of online products across diverse platforms.
• Present concepts to the Product Delivery Teams and Senior Leadership as required
• Understand how to analyse the success of a proposed concept and produce any associated reports.
• Work closely with analysts to derive key data and learn, adapt, and iterate new designs

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in UX and UI product design working end-to-end with development and product teams.
• Those that have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design for both mobile and web platforms.
• Someone who is proficient in conducting user testing and A/B testing to gather insights and optimise digital experiences for enhanced usability and effectiveness.
• Those that are adaptable and open to feedback to consistently implementing changes and improvements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Expertise in delivering compelling presentations, effectively communicating design concepts, and negotiating solutions with stakeholders.
• Those that are proactive approach to productivity, consistently meeting project milestones and delivering designs on time and within scope.
• A highly collaborative team player, who can actively contribute ideas and fostering a positive team environment.
• Exceptional task comprehension, time management, and communication skills.

Who has expertise in -

• Industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, and Axure
