About You: Skills & Attributes
- Proven problem-solving ability, strong visual design skills
- Proven ability to build, manage, and deploy robust design systems.
- Experience in customer research, design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling.
- Comfortable defining projects, testing assumptions, and incorporating feedback.
- Applies design skills in research, interaction design, and visual design for crafting and building new features.
- Balances data-informed insights with synthesizing customer research.
- Strong execution skills, proficient in Figma.
- Firm grasp of user-centered design
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to impact cross-functional teams and partners.
- Experience working within a small team or startup.
- Balances vision with iteration, making tradeoffs for optimal user experience.
- Excellent communication skills in one-on-one, group settings, and writing, including feedback and translating technical content for non-technical individuals.
