Your contribution will be vital in enhancing Pepperstone's digital product experience across multiple business verticals, including deposits, payments, and trading. You will play a key role in designing seamless and intuitive user journeys that empower traders, improve client acquisition and retention, and elevate trading volumes. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced UX designer who thrives on creating innovative, feature-rich platforms and driving impactful results in a dynamic, global fintech environment.

As our Senior UX Designer, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to apply design thinking and solve complex challenges.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability testing to inform actionable design improvements.
• User Journey Design: Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets to ensure seamless experiences.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead design efforts, mentor team members, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with business goals and maintain design system consistency.

About You

• Experience:
• 8+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally in fintech, trading, or crypto platforms.
• Proven track record working on international projects and with global teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ability to synthesize data into impactful design decisions.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and capable of leading and mentoring effectively.
• What Sets You Apart:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• A passion for uplifting value from existing solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles to drive impactful results.
