6 month contract
You will be responsible for conducting user research and providing insights to inform on the exploration and development of new growth opportunities within Greetz. You will work closely with the research and product teams to identify and define opportunities of growth, based on the needs & behaviours of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research using a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyse research data to inform & build on business cases to provide direction to the business
- Create research reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide stakeholders across departments with clear and actionable recommendations
Essential Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Research
- Dutch national or Dutch speaking
- Highly skilled in conducting user research using a variety of methods including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Experience writing business cases
- Strong data analysis skills
- Culture & Trends understanding - and how to apply to customer research.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate research findings to different stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar, and User Testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
