Ethisphere is seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Experience Designer to join our dynamic Scrum Team, working on an innovative Ethics and Compliance platform. Our cutting-edge applications play a vital role in collecting and aggregating data, rendering comprehensive statistics, and providing actionable recommendations to empower organizations in continuously enhancing their ethical culture and business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Shape Intuitive User Experiences: Transform requirements into compelling user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that seamlessly guide users through our platform's functionalities, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience. 
• Drive Product Vision: Take a proactive role in advancing our product vision by conducting thorough research, generating inventive ideas, sketching concepts, prototyping interactions, and conducting user testing to refine and optimize digital product experiences. 
• Standardize Design Excellence: Establish and maintain design standards that elevate the visual aesthetics, interaction patterns, and overall usability of our products, fostering a consistent and cohesive user experience across the platform. 
• Innovative Problem Solving: Identify complex design challenges and devise elegant solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. 
• Strategic Decision-Making: Make informed design and user-experience decisions, both for core functionalities and new features, by leveraging data, user feedback, and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the platform. 
• User-Centered Design Approach: Embrace a user-centered design methodology, rapidly iterating and testing your designs to gather user feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure the most optimal and user-friendly solutions are implemented. 
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, actively participating in discussions, providing design expertise, and fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of impactful design solutions and successful product launches. 
• Initiative and Ownership: Thrive in a fast-paced environment as the sole UX designer at Ethisphere, demonstrating self-motivation, taking ownership of projects, and driving design initiatives from concept to execution. 
• Passion for User Empathy: Possess a genuine passion for understanding user pain points, motivations, and behaviors, and translating those insights into empathetic and user-centric design solutions.
