- User-Centered Design Approach: Embrace a user-centered design methodology, rapidly iterating and testing your designs to gather user feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure the most optimal and user-friendly solutions are implemented.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, actively participating in discussions, providing design expertise, and fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.
- 3+ years of proven experience in UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of impactful design solutions and successful product launches.
- Initiative and Ownership: Thrive in a fast-paced environment as the sole UX designer at Ethisphere, demonstrating self-motivation, taking ownership of projects, and driving design initiatives from concept to execution.
- Passion for User Empathy: Possess a genuine passion for understanding user pain points, motivations, and behaviors, and translating those insights into empathetic and user-centric design solutions.
