What You’ll Be Doing

Beatstars is seeking a UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that solve complex problems for our music production platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products that meet business objectives and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate user flows and interactions for digital products
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with product strategy and user needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on product solutions
• Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote design thinking throughout the organization

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Passion for music and understanding of music production workflows is a plus
• Fully proficient in English written and spoken language

Compensation:

To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. The salary/OTE for the role is:

 - Turkey: $3000-$3600 USD a month
