We have an immediate opening for a UX Designer in our Product Management team, who will be responsible for the UX of our product interfaces. This is an opportunity to contribute to the re-invention of our user experience and to meaningfully improve and simplify the workflows of the users that depend on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- UX design for Authentic8 products, from strategy to full execution, working and collaborating closely with functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Customer Success
- Set vision for our product portfolio’s user experiences, articulate it clearly and convincingly, and guide the team through its implementation
- Partner with product teams and relevant cross functional areas to design workflows for new features and capabilities, from early concepts to final experiences
- Create clear user flows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes for user interfaces
- Generate detailed user experience specs that inspire accurate developer builds
- Partner closer with our UI designer to bring these experiences to life
- Contribute to style guides, standards, and design systems
- Plan and lead design sessions to generate ideas or feedback
- Conduct interviews with relevant parties to inform pain points and understand user needs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our products via user insights, your UX experience, input from other stakeholders and best practices
- Communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders across the company using documentation, reviews, and presentations
- Understand our users and their needs deeply and be their advocate in projects
Qualifications:
- A portfolio that shows a strong body of SaaS B2B UX design work, with emphasis on administrator and user management interfaces
- 3-5 years of Product Design/UI/UX experience
- Comfort with design and prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, the Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, ProtoPie, and Principle
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- A collaborative spirit and a proven ability to work well with others, building strong partnerships across teams
- Knowledge of User Centered Design and Agile development principles
- A background in or a strong interest in Cyber Security
- Passion for simplifying life for the user
