Superlative Technologies (DBA SuprTEK) is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design will be key in shaping the success of our products.

Job Description 

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating a visually appealing user interface for our software applications. You will work closely with the Product Management and development teams to design user interface for our multiple lines of business. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and product vision.
• Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and design standards.
• Design and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user interface elements, considering usability, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, providing design assets, style guides, and specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to final implementation and iteration.
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and industry standards, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure visual consistency and alignment across different touchpoints and channels.

 

Qualifications 

Qualified Candidates will have: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design concepts.
• Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for staying updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
