Superlative Technologies (DBA SuprTEK) is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design will be key in shaping the success of our products.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating a visually appealing user interface for our software applications. You will work closely with the Product Management and development teams to design user interface for our multiple lines of business.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and product vision.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and design standards.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user interface elements, considering usability, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, providing design assets, style guides, and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to final implementation and iteration.
- Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and industry standards, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure visual consistency and alignment across different touchpoints and channels.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design concepts.
- Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for staying updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
