What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that effectively communicate and demonstrate the intended user experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our user's needs, pain points, and workflows, and leverage this knowledge to design solutions that address their challenges and enhance their productivity.
- Design and iterate on UI components, visual elements, and interaction patterns to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience across the platform.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide guidance during the development process.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for incorporating innovative design approaches into our platform.
- Champion the importance of usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all design decisions, ensuring that our platform is accessible to a diverse range of users.
What you are
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer (at least 2 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, receive feedback
