We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our product experience and implementing new features. Additionally, you will actively contribute to product design initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the development team to create an intuitive and visually appealing user experience across our web apps, mobile apps, and the dedicated device app.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the Product Manager and development team to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UX/UI designs.
-Address the design challenge of creating a user-friendly experience for Elderly and IDD users while providing a rich and feature-filled environment.
-Undertake UX/UI design work for two web apps, two mobile apps, and the dedicated device app, thereby offering ample opportunities for full-time engagement.
-Work closely with the Product Manager and development team to create tickets/tasks that align with design specifications.
-Conduct quality assurance (QA) on the UX/UI aspects of the apps, providing valuable feedback to the developers for iterative improvement.
-Utilize your expertise in web and mobile app design acquired through a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in web and mobile app design.
-Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software.
-Demonstrated ability to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
-A portfolio showcasing previous design work and highlighting your ability to create user-centric interfaces.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Passion for creating innovative and accessible designs that cater to users with varying technical abilities.

Job Type: Full Time/ Remote
Salary: 100-130K BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
