Senior UX/UI Designer

Almedia helps leading brands in the digital space to acquire new customers. Via our platforms, users can find and test the latest games, apps and products for rewards. With more than 10 million users since its launch in 2020, our brand Freecash.com is one of the fastest growing providers and a leader in our industry. Our mission is to provide a win-win experience for both users and advertisers.

This year, we want to invest in and scale our number of users on Freecash and expand into new ventures with different audiences and target groups. For this, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our rapidly growing team in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and business development to understand business requirements and user needs for our mobile rewards app
• Take over problems from the business development team and work on creatives ideas to solve them
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and feedback for enhancing the user experience
• Be involved in user acquisition efforts to understand what problems users are facing
• Create user flows and discuss them with the product team
• Design new features for our app ensuring visual consistency and a cohesive user experience across the app
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team
• Provide design guidelines, documentation, and assets for developers to facilitate the implementation process

• Mid-level to senior designer; 3+ years experience in mobile UX/UI design
• Proven track record of building MVPs from scratch with a focus on mobile.
• Experience being the sole UX designer in a team, wearing many hats including research & design
• Interested in product strategy, comfortable influencing the growth and direction of our startup.
