iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Sr. UX Designer to join our Team!

Remote Opportunity

The E-commerce Sr. UX Designer is responsible for leading the UX design effort with our e-commerce retail client. The E-commerce Sr. UX Designer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, facility and enjoyment associated with our client’s product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. The ideal candidate will have a functional understanding of coding and transfer the brand’s strengths and personality seamlessly throughout the interface of the client’s product.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design team responsible for the usability research, performance analytics, interactive design, and testing of our client’s ecommerce solutions.
• Conduct testing of client software to assess user experience and ease of design.
• Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on client’s products.
• Work with the business stakeholders to gather business requirements and intentions and translate them into UX design specifications.
• Develop and maintain UX documentation.
• Work with the technical team to develop and implement UX design strategy.
• Test, track and prove the efficacy of client products user experience.
• Provide support and collaboration to front-end developers working on user interface implementation.
• Stay up to date on the latest UX design technologies and trends.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5+ years equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
• Proficient with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Zeplin, Hype, axure, and others.
• Experience with troubleshooting using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages.
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping.
• Working knowledge of responsive web design
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients. • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
• Prior experience with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.

Primary Location Pay Range: $125K-165K Annual
