The Role
As a UI/UX Manager, you will create better digital experiences for clients and employees through user research and usability testing, analysis & interpretation of data, and creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
How you'll contribute
- Ensure consistent look and feel of the organization’s digital experiences
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from user research and testing
- Create and present designs backed by user insights
- Create and utilize customer-centric tools like journey maps and personas to identify areas for improvements for customers and internal processes
What we’re looking for
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design in the Banking/Finance, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce industry
- Experienced in conducting user research and testing
- Knowledgeable in UI design principles
- Knowledgeable of industry tools like Adobe XD and Figma
