About the role

As a Senior AI Product Designer, your primary role will be to shape our platform's AI features, creating intuitive and innovative solutions that enhance user experience and boost productivity. You'll focus on designing AI-driven experiences, including shaping our personal assistant (conversational AI), recommendation systems, and AI-enhanced workflow management tools. You'll spearhead the design process for these AI-enabled features, relying on your in-depth understanding of user experience, AI technology, and product development. Your responsibility will also include refining existing features, developing new innovative capabilities, and consistently aligning product design with AI advancements. Your goal will be help families better manage their complexity through AI. 

? What you’ll do here

• Lead product design for our AI experiences.
• Plan, design, and grow the next generation of products that leverage intuitive UX and AI.
• Foster synergistic relationships with cross-functional teams to design meaningful, user-focused solutions.
• Leverage research and data to inform design choices, deeply understanding user needs and pain points.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specs.
• Facilitate design reviews, iterating based on stakeholder feedback and user testing.
• Uphold design standards, guide UI component development, and contribute to our evolving design system.
