In this newly created role and team, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Technology and building out Ziing’s tech stack. You will be utilizing bleeding edge technology and building products that are driven by generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

As the Designer, User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) you will have a strong background in designing user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications. You will work closely with our development team to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance the user experience.

·       Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for mobile and desktop applications

·       Work with the development team to understand project requirements and user needs

·       Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback on designs

·       Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to showcase design concepts

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design across platforms

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies

·       Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and iterate as necessary

·       Ensure that designs are accessible and meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines

·       Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

·       3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and desktop applications

·       Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

·       Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies

·       Experience conducting user research and testing

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

·       Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms is preferred

·       Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred

·       Experience with motion design and animation is preferred

·       Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred
