UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our diverse digital assets. We aim to elevate our online retail business to new heights by optimizing usability, usefulness, and visual design to ensure an exceptional user experience and captivating visual image.

From day-to-day, you'll...

• Upload new products to our website with a keen eye for detail, making sure that product information, images, and pricing are accurate and complete.
• Set up and manage bundle sets and promotions on Shopify to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify and Amazon stores to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor and track key e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, like eDM and many more media to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online stores.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• With 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Highly observant of web interface design (UI) and user experience (UX).
• Experienced on website layout design and website/email promotion notifications.
• Experience in creating web design systems.
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Proactive in learning web-related trends and new technologies.
