The Team

Our design team is made up of multidisciplinary professionals, including product designers, UX/UI designers, design researchers, and service designers. We work collaboratively and autonomously to create innovative and user-friendly products.

What you will be doing:

  • Design the experience and user interface of our digital products, from the discovery stage to the delivery stage.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system.
  • Produce high-quality materials for business partners and developers, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and assets.
  • Guide product decisions by conducting user research and implementing iterative feedback loops.
  • Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with business partners, researchers, developers, and fellow designers as valuable team members.
  • Build a solid understanding of the behavioral patterns that shape our core users' software, physical, and connected experiences through exploratory, generative, and evaluative research.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, addressing unexplored opportunity areas and prioritizing based on user needs.
  • Work across the complete product development lifecycle, demonstrating effectiveness in both early-stage discovery projects and delivery projects.
  • Lead products from the discovery and framing phase through iterative development and successful delivery.
  • Assist product managers alongside developers in assessing and prioritizing opportunities and constraints.
  • Rapidly iterate design prototypes and working applications to ensure continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Develop visual identity systems, and visual design, and define interaction patterns that align with our brand and enhance user experiences.
  • Utilise advanced design tools like Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes that accurately simulate the user experience. Proficiency in prototyping with HTML/CSS + JavaScript or Swift is a valuable advantage, enabling you to develop interactive and realistic prototypes that closely mimic the final product's functionality and interactions.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Digital Product Designer.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing case studies that highlight the design process and decision-making.
  • Experience working with design systems, designing digital products, and delivering impactful products at scale.
  • Background in high-growth product companies with an international footprint.
  • A broad range of skills covering the end-to-end design process, including interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Hybrid role - 2 days a week in office.
