Are you a creative and passionate UX Design professional who wants to make a real impact in the digital world? We are seeking talented and experienced UX Designers to join our Product Design team and shape the future of our digital experiences. As a UX designer, you will have the opportunity to drive the design of our connectivity touch points, including App and Web.

You'll be responsible for translating business needs into intuitive and user-centric designs that follow our UX guidelines. You'll lead a data-driven design process that includes research, user testing, and usage data, and be an advocate for end-user needs and perspectives. You will use and contributing to our extensive Design system to ensure that our multi-branded, large-scale operation provides a holistic, omni-platform digital experience. Your profile

  • Help define which projects we work on. We mix customer insight with discovery workshops that outline the ideas for new projects.
  • With support from the team, you will own these projects and help shape the day-to-day delivery and UX direction for products. You will design for TVs, Mobile, and the web; all across countries such as the UK, Netherlands and Switzerland and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with other designers, Product and development teams, in order to deliver the best solutions for our customers – who you’ll get to work with too.
  • Share your knowledge and experiences to make us a better design team, and build on and develop your own interests to become our newest specialist.
  • Learn from and implement external best practice, thinking and processes. Identify and enable opportunities for career growth through empowerment.
  • Play a key role leading specific work streams. Support the Head of UX in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking user experience direction for our products.
  • Work with cross-functional peers. Collaborate both inside and outside the Group Product team at product owner, and senior manager level.
  • Help to evolve efficient delivery processes with pro-active and effective impact assessment, effort estimation and communication of project requirements vs available supply of design resources and available skills

What you'll bring:

  • Experience with UX design with specific focus on entertainment and TV physical products and their user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end customer experience methodologies such as NPS and data gathering, analytics, prototyping and continuous user experience and design improvement.
