Role Description:

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to create intuitive and seamless user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design user interfaces that prioritize user experience and usability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.

Requirements


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferably), or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with user research techniques and usability principles.
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
• Understanding of responsive design principles for various devices.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Fluency in French and English language.
• Experience in developing & managing Design Systems is an advantage.
• Experience in creating enterprise systems & native mobile apps is a plus.
