UI/UX Designer

Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about design and has a drive for innovation!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points, and use these insights to inform the design process.
• Support product definition and specification activities and create style and design guides as part of the process to aid the project delivery team
• Design and deliver wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate these into design concepts as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor and improve the usability and performance of existing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of front-end designs with back-end systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design or related field
• Practical Experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX engineer for Web and Mobile Applications.
• Portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Invision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of data visualization and information design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills
