Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into a clear design brief.
• Conduct user research to identify user needs and develop a deep understanding of your target audience.
• Define user personas, user journeys, and use cases to inform the design process.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate your design vision and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Use design thinking methodologies to continuously refine and improve your designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that your designs are technically feasible and can be implemented efficiently.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate your designs and identify opportunities for improvement.

• At least 5 years of experience designing websites or mobile apps.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and diplomatically.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• German (B2) mandatory
