TripArc’s UX team is looking for an experienced designer to work as a strategic partner on key initiatives. Our multi-functional UX team is focused on requirements, client insights, and product design to support ongoing feature releases across multiple proprietary technology platforms, with the goal of driving sales performance and revenue growth. Our UX team acts as the voice of hundreds of Destination Experts and Travel Advisors who use our technology products to manage the business of travel, from itinerary building to quote and booking management. You will also be working on our client-facing assets, including websites and mobile apps. Your work will involve solving interesting and complex user flow and interface challenges, creating wireframes, prototypes?and/or visual designs, and overseeing the visual interface for the web-based products or applications.
As a member of the UX Design team, you will:
- Work closely with other Designers, Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions to new problems while bringing consistency, simplicity, and ease-of-use to the experience of our products.
- Design and prototype elegant solutions for web and mobile environments.
- Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs with data and user feedback.
- Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications.
- Iterate alongside engineers to build great user experiences.
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across all of our platforms and promote the best UI practices to other designers, engineers, and product owners.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a UX/interaction/product designer or similar role, ideally within an Agile environment.
- An online portfolio.
- A diploma or degree in a related field (UX Design, Graphic Design, Interdisciplinary Design, Interaction Design) or relevant work experience.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile web/applications.

- Must be organized and analytical.
- Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts.
- Commitment to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of prototyping tool with design system proficiency.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations.
- Proficient with Angular, Figma, CSS, JS, SCSS, SaaS

- Experience working in travel industry would be an asset.
