UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:-

Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, building navigation components, developing UI mockups and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and adhering to style standards.

For creating and improving the user interface and user experience of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software.

Manage your own timelines and priorities as part of a cross-functional team and collaboratively meet tight deadlines in an extremely fast-paced and agile environment.

Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics, brochures and banners.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand the user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and to deliver design solutions that meet or exceed the expectations.

Researching and analyzing the user behavior, feedback, and data, and applying the insights to improve the design solutions and user satisfaction.

Staying updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies, and incorporating them into the design process and solutions.

Requirements:-

Should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.

Should have a portfolio of professional design projects that showcases their skills and achievements in Web/Mobile Applications.

Should have knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) and design software (e.g. Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).

Should have basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills or at least be familiar with the technical aspects of web development.

Should have team spirit, strong communication skills, good time-management skills.

Knowledge in Web flow added advantage.

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap added advantages.
