Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Brane, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our applications. You'll work closely with our development team to create responsive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, interaction animations, and UI for both mobile and web will be instrumental in turning design concepts into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire the design team to achieve excellence in design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for Apple-based applications, ensuring seamless user interactions, responsiveness, and engaging animations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain a consistent design system to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve UI designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of UI designs into the final product.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JAVAscript knowledge.
  • Quantity 2 for both mobile and web.
  • Proficiency in designing for iOS and android.
  • Strong command over various visual languages. 
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a design team.
