innovative Senior Product Designer to join us on our mission.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and leading intuitive and
visually engaging experiences for a wide range of learning experiences. You will partner
with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and engineers to solve customer
challenges and find opportunities to make their lives better. You will be working with
stakeholders, to translate user needs and business requirements into exceptional user
experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong design background and a passion for design and
strategy.


Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the design aligns with
the overall product vision and requirements.
? Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user's perspective
is at the forefront throughout the entire product cycle.
? Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the
target audience. This may involve surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data
analysis.
? Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, wireframes,
and high-fidelity designs/prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and
concepts.
? Own the design process from idea through delivery and iteration within your
domain and can connect that to broader product vision.
? Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback to
refine designs.
? Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless
implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development
process.
? Contribute and help maintain and drive our design system and other design
documentation to ensure consistency across our products and brand.

Requirements / Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a focus on designing
customer-driven experiences.
? Proficiency in Figma as well as other design tools (Figjam, Miro, etc.)
? Ability to express ideas through a variety of mediums including user flows, site
maps, wireframes, and prototypes)
? Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
? Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and
layout.
? Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale along with telling
the story of design to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design
process.
? Highly proactive, and self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational
skills.
? Thrive when working in a highly collaborative environment.
? Passion for understanding (and keeping the team informed about) current and
emerging UX/UI trends.
? Commitment to ensuring design consistency and continuity across projects
? Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and
their impact on design decisions
