Forescout delivers automated cybersecurity across the digital terrain. We empower our customers to achieve continuous alignment of their security frameworks with their digital realities, across all asset types – IT, IoT, OT, and IoMT. It is a non-stop journey, managing cyber risk through automation and data-powered insights.

(We are only considering US Citizens and US Permanent Residents at this time)
(This is a hybrid role in our Plano, TX office with remote work two days per week)

What You Will Do

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Provide design assets, user guidelines, and mockups as needed for developers.
• Provide designs that simplify the complexity of the product in a way that will help the user consume the data.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews for feedback and sign-off on designs.
• Lead the design process from ideation to final design including user flows, interactions, and prototypes.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews for feedback and sign-off on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn the design concepts into reality.
• Create and refine information architectures, personas, and user flows, to define the structure and layout of designs.
• Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines.
• This role is 75% UI designer and 25% UX user experience.

What You Bring To Forescout

• 5+ years of experience in the industry as a UI expert is required with UX expertise a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field is required.
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Significant experience using Figma, or similar tools for mockups, user testing, and prototyping.
• Significant experience in complex, enterprise-scale design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions.
• Team player approach, Agile methodology experience, and high motivation.
