The Opportunity
As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for expanding our mobile app designs into versions for our web app. Our mobile designs will be created by our design lead, while the web app designs will be replicated by our support designer. In addition, as a support designer, you will also work closely with our lead designer on scaling our mobile designs. This could include making a “master design board,” logging all mobile designs used today. The goal is to create consistent designs that maintain app parity between our mobile and web versions, and make all design systems more scalable overall.

Requirements:
- With at least 1+ year experience as a UI/UX designer or any similar role
- Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images of the company
- Demonstrable experience in UI/UX design using Figma
- Good knowledge of visual elements (e.g. layouts, types, fonts)
- You are a team player who likes to collaborate with a lead designer. You work efficiently and independently, while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- You have an eye for detail, specifically attuned to maintaining design parity between multiple device types
- You excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Ideal but not mandatory to have worked with web app designs in the past
- Open to flexible working hours that expand into North American time zones (and outside of Indian Standard Time Zone).
Qualifications
- Excellent visual design skills
- Proficiency with Figma
- Familiar with common UI/UX design patterns
- +1 experience in product development
- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking
- You will be required to share sample of your work in Figma*
