UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team, who will work on the company's UX projects, aimed at improving usability, enhancing user experience and ultimately boosting our client's conversion rates.

As a UX Designer you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Create Personas, map User Journeys and utilize other User Centered Design techniques.
• Own all UX design stages (user flows & information architecture, high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes).
• Review websites and applications, and compose actionable reports based on your findings.
• Plan and conduct user testing with real users.

• Review and make sense of analytics data, heatmaps, recordings etc.
• Collaborate with others, including UX designers, UI designers and project team members.
• Present projects to clients for feedback and approval.
• Manage clients, attend meetings and facilitate workshops.
• Research, read and look out for latest trends and best practices.

• Keep on top of projects, milestones, deliverables and deadlines.

• 4+ years of proven experience with User Centered Design.
• A real passion for all things UX and an eye for detail. You should love well-designed systems and products; you should notice the details that don't work and always be thinking of how they could be improved.

• Experience with design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch etc. (we work on Figma)
• Good organization and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
