UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic startup team called Highvy. In this role, you will work closely with our team to conceptualize, design, and implement user-centric interfaces across multiple platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and delivering a seamless digital experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team to define and implement innovative user experiences and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research and create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to ensure usability and accessibility in all design stages.

- Create pixel-perfect visual designs that align with our brand identity guidelines.

- Produce interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and conduct usability testing and iterate design solutions based on feedback.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, while actively participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback.

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating them into your work.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous design projects.

- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Experience conducting user research and creating user personas, user flows, and wireframes.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

- Any additional knowledge of front-end web development tools (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
