The role:
Inpay is recruiting a Senior UX/UI Designer who will revert to our Head of Product and join our Product team. This person will be responsible for creating the UX/UI design of Inpay’s customer facing products. We are looking for someone with a dynamic and unique personality, ready to use their design skills for long term outcomes on both a whole and an individual level.

Your primary tasks will be:

    • Creating the UX/UI design for Inpay’s customer facing products, including internal and external customers
    • Owning design deadlines in collaboration with Product Owners and Development teams
    • Guiding Front-end developers towards self sufficiency, using component libraries and design guidelines
    • Working with the Head of Product to continue the design of our Customer Portal
    • Overseeing the prioritization of the design tasks according to overall product roadmap priorities
    • Participate and facilitate internal/external customer interviews to get feedback on designs
    • Creating and maintaining user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to support product development
    • Defining, and conducting user research to uncover actionable insights that inform our product design and development which includes user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis
    • Analyzing and synthesizing research data to provide actionable recommendations for improving the user experience. Facilitating product discovery and ideation e.g., concepts and/or prototypes for testing of benefit hypothesis of idea
    • Defining cohesive User experience across our payment value stream and thereby develop fit-for-purpose solutions
    • Driving the UX efforts across our payment products/services; identifying the UX work needed and help build a vision for the future state
