Now Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT with a 1-hour lunch break.

We are in search of an experienced and exceptionally creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will boast 5+ years of expertise in crafting interfaces and delivering compelling digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

·     Forge and maintain a cohesive design system across diverse digital platforms.

·     Conceptualize visually stunning and impactful interfaces for websites, applications, and various media.

·     Originate distinctive, client-specific user experiences from the ground up.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate user-centered designs aligned with business objectives.

·     Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to eloquently convey design concepts.

·     Execute user research and testing to glean insights guiding design decisions.

·     Stay abreast of industry trends and technology to introduce novel and innovative design solutions.

·     Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, offering guidance and constructive feedback.

·     Present design concepts to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions based on feedback.

·     Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks for successful delivery.

Requirements:

·     Hold a Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, or a related field.

·     Accumulate 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

·     Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating outstanding design skills and a history of user-centered design.

·     Possess excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

·     Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate design solutions effectively.

·     Demonstrate strong leadership skills and prior experience in mentoring junior designers.

·     Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·     Display excellent organizational and project management skills.

·     Understand the capabilities and limitations of web development.

·     Exhibit a passion for design with a solid grasp of critical core concepts.

·     Preferably have experience with Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.

·     Demonstrate professionalism in presenting materials to clients.

·     Possess excellent written and spoken English skills for seamless collaboration with our team.

·     Maintain a reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet, and power if working remotely.
