We are looking for an experienced candidate to join a team as a UI/UX Expert

• Understanding of user behaviour,
• UX research -Wireframe
• Use of prototyping, Visual communication, Web Design, Front End development
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify User Experience (UX) problems (including conduction of studies), advice and implement solutions.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

Qualifications

• University degree with minimum 4 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 7 years of experience in IT
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis work experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle in both: waterfall and Agile/DevOps practices
• Experience working with work item management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, TFS or Jira)
• Creating a unified user experience and creating a single and identifiable look and feel for applications across the board of an organisation providing a consistent experience to the users across the applications.
• Creating the appropriate structures so that UI/UX components are made easily available to the developers community of the organisation in a streamlined and efficient manner
• Excellent knowledge and experience in creating responsive designs
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Design Systems
• Excellent knowledge and experience in any of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
