We are looking for a talented UI/UX Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements and create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

UI/UX Lead, Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Building page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Creating original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for at least 4 years.
• Strong portfolio of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools, such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, UXPin, and Balsamiq.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset.
• Good time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Background in project management and research.
• Experience in the healthcare or marketplace industry is a plus.
