Job Responsibilities:
-Develop, Implement and maintain UX standards and best practices for the Home Service Industry
-Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements, goals, and project scope.
-Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
-Develop and maintain user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
-Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
-Ensure consistency and coherence across different digital platforms, such as web, mobile, and desktop applications.
-Stay informed with the latest UX/UI design/industry trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
-Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of user experience excellence within the organization.
-Monitor and analyze user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for design improvements and iterate on existing productsLead international design team
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-5+ year of experienceDeep knowledge of UX/UI design principles
-Proficient in design tools such as CRM Platform: Figma
-Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
-Experience in project management
