What you will do:
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with educational institutions, schools, and vendors for Product Testing.
- Develop and streamline research processes, covering participant recruitment, scheduling, research library upkeep, and effective communication of findings.
- Work in tandem with product, design, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to align research operations with business goals.
- Devise strategies to recruit participants that match research objectives. Manage relationships with participant sourcing vendors while ensuring a positive participant experience.
- Assist researchers in analyzing and synthesizing data, transforming findings into clear, impactful, and actionable insights.
- Identify and manage tools and technologies to streamline and automate research workflows.
Who you are:
- You have 1-2 years of operational experience in research or design roles.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- You have a strong ability to work and communicate cross-functionally.
- You have a strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, collaborate with team.
- Experience with user research and familiarity with research methods a huge plus.
- Experience with tools like Dovetail, Airtable, Notion, Figma is a plus.

The pandemic has changed work in many ways, especially by enabling remote work. Many companies have chosen to be remote first. At Quizizz, we work best in the office brainstorming using whiteboards, having conversations over coffee/walks, or overhearing a hallway conversation. Learning happens through osmosis.
