Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer

In Natech we are looking to hire a creative and experienced Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team.

The Role

As a Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams and report to the Head of Technology Innovation.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, product managers and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and present customer centric solutions.
• Utilize design tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma, to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Ensure designs align with industry best practices and accessibility standards.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly designs, considering both functionality and aesthetics.
• Develop, maintain and communicate with respective stakeholders guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall design process.
• Mentor junior designers providing guidance and feedback.
  

• 5+ years proven experience as a Mid-Senior UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
• Experience in leading design projects and mentor junior designers is a must.
• Experience in fintech or banking is a plus, bringing industry-specific insights to design solutions.
• Knowledge of web UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and a solid understanding of other relevant design software.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
• Proficient in English language (written & oral).
• EU valid work permit.
