We are looking for a new colleague to join our Product team as a User and Customer Experience Designer. We are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator, understands customers' and business needs, and doesn't hesitate to share his/her opinion aloud. Working closely with our partners, customers, product owners, and developers, you can change customers' experience.  

What you´ll do:

  • Improve the whole customer journey (orders, feedback, payment, etc.), not just the product  
  • Discover customer, partner, and business needs through contextual inquiries, qualitative and quantitative research, and identify solutions to meet those needs.  
  • Work closely with Frontline (Sales and Customer Support), Marketing & Development teams to improve customers' satisfaction  
  • Transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert.  
  • Prototype rapidly in multiple mediums and levels of interactivity (physical, digital, low and hi-fidelity, tangible and conceptual).  
  • Conduct and/or partner on customer studies and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer and partner experience.  
  • Establishing research methods and strategies with our product and marketing team. 

About you:

  • You have experience with Customer experience (CX) design, User Experience (UX) design, or a related field  
  • You are experienced with user and customer research methods  
  • You want to have deep knowledge of the company product and service portfolio to understand customers' and business needs  
  • You have the ability to understand the needs of the customer and deliver satisfactory solutions  
  • Identifying and resolving issues independently is a piece of cake for you  
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Czech and English as well), the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision-makers, and the ability to set and manage expectations.
