UI/UX Designer

RightClixs is a rapidly growing technology startup that is revolutionizing the way people interact with digital platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, seamless, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product team to translate user requirements and business goals into innovative and impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex workflows and design intuitive interfaces
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools
• Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iterate based on user feedback
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer
• Solid understanding of user interface design, information architecture, and usability principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and justify design choices
