UI/UX Designer

Rollingtrans is a leading transportation company that is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer at Rollingtrans, you will work closely with our development team to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that align with our brand and meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs
• Implement user-centered design principles to optimize user interactions and satisfaction
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across our digital products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, HCI, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to solve complex design problems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
