As an integral part of our organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience on our digital platform. Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with web and mobile design trends.

Bonus Skills:

Showcasing the following skills will be advantageous:

• Experience with usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Experience working in small startups.

Your Profile:
