About the Role

We are seeking UX/UI Designer for a globally minded multidimensional consulting firm. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our development team to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and past projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Experience designing for startup companies is a plus.
