The role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Your design work will be at the forefront of creating an intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experience for Clive users. You will play a critical role in shaping the product’s design philosophy, ensuring that Clive is not only functionally excellent but also a delight to interact with.

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine the UI/UX for Clive, focusing on creating an intuitive and user-centric experience.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to guide design decisions and understand user needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand experience across all user touchpoints.
• Innovate with the latest design trends to keep Clive at the cutting edge of user experience design.

What You’ll Bring:

• A belief in the transformative potential of AI and a passion for creating products that deeply resonate with users.
• High level of curiosity for technology amplified by your design craft
• A portfolio that showcases a strong design aesthetic, innovative UX solutions, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for storytelling through design.
